How long will my remodeling project take?
This is always dependent on the individual project, but these are some standard estimates; Kitchen 6 to 8 weeks, Bathroom 4 to 6 weeks, Basement 6 to 8 weeks, Additions 8 to 10 weeks.
How much will this cost?
We work with you to determine what you want to invest and set up a budget to reach your goal. We will discuss this at our discovery meeting.
What does the remodeling process look like?
We are a 2-fold company; first we design and then we build! Our process goes like this:

When you contact us we will set up a free no obligation discovery meeting in your home where we will discuss your ideas and your budget for the project.

If we seem like a good fit, we will invite you to enter into the design phase where we will work with you to create a professional design within your budget, including floor plans and full color renderings of what the project will look like when complete.

Once the design is complete we will work up a fixed cost proposal to build the project start to finish. We handle everything and make the process fun and exciting.
What if I don't know what design or look and feel I want?
No problem! Our design team works directly with you and makes it easy and fun to create your ultimate vision!
Can I stay in my home while the remodel takes place?
Yes! Most of our clients do. We completely isolate the work area and manage all cleaning. We understand this is still your home, not a construction site!
Do you give free estimates and/or consultations?
We will conduct a free discovery meeting in your home, in which we will discuss your project and budget in full.
What types of insurance do you have?

Who will manage my project? Will they be onsite regularly?
All projects come with a dedicated lead carpenter who is your project manager and onsite regularly.
Who takes care of permitting?
We take care of all permits needed and handle the scheduling of all necessary city inspections.
What hours of the day will you be working?
Our working hours are Monday-Friday 8am to 5pm
What home improvements add the most value to a house?
